Please join The Children’s Art Carnival students and staff for our 2010 End-of-Year Exhibit and Silent Auction Benefit. The event will showcase works created by the wonderful, young artists participating in our Spring Cycle programs. In addition, Children’s Art Carnival Instructors and creative affiliates will be exhibiting art and other offerings through a Silent Auction; proceeds will benefit The Carnival’s programs. Please join us in celebrating our awesome students, and support The Carnival by bidding on your favorite items!
We hope to see you there!
What a great turnout on Saturday, as the Friends played host to over 350 people who attended our Annual Easter Festival on the 135th Street Plaza. Special thank to event coordinator Kim DeBerry, and volunteers Laurel Peacock and others who helped organized the event. Thanks to the US Census Bureau for co-sponsoring the event along with the Friends of St. Nicholas Park. If you would like to volunteer for events this Spring and Summer in the park please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
